Purpose
Define and supervise the content roadmap, ensuring platform strategies connect to recruitment, community engagement, and product support.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct a monthly strategy workshop to align the team and client on priorities and deliverables.
- Develop monthly content calendars tied to campaign and recruitment goals.
- Translate the SoW into clear platform strategies (LinkedIn = recruitment, X = support, etc.).
- Supervise copywriters to ensure alignment with the brand’s strategy, tone, and goals.
- Recommend content types (video, posts, guides) by audience and channel.
- Define and oversee paid ad campaign strategy, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance goals.
- Analyse performance (organic + paid) and optimise strategy monthly.

- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating strategy-led results is desirable.
